How can I place an order?

You can purchase directly from our website: choose the product, select your preferred options, and click on “Add to Cart.” Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to assist you.

2. SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship to Italy, Europe, and worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 4–7 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on orders over €80. For orders below this threshold, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Can I return personalized jewelry?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

4. JEWELRY CARE

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a soft cloth to gently clean the surface.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver and plated with 18k gold vermeil, nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Will my order come with gift packaging?

All of our pieces are packaged in elegant pouches or gift boxes, ready to be gifted.
